Notwithstanding any preconceived notions about either store, I was as shocked as you will be when several unbiased sources pitted the monolithic Wal-Mart machine against a spirited Minnesota-headquartered box store called Target and the latter won. I had no idea this was possible. Any readers out there have anecdotes where David beat Goliath?
Great news!!! I haven’t set foot in that smiley place in years, in fact I don’t think I’m allowed in the place. It’s good to know that maybe their business practices are catching up with them.

Create a spreadsheet with a list of items you buy each week on your average shopping trip. Over the next two to three weeks visit a different store to do your shopping. Write down the price of each item at each store. A quick way to see who has the lowest prices on what you need to save time and money.
