However, the spirit of the day can be broadened to include more \u201cPresidents\u201d of the past.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In November 1910, President Theodore Roosevelt made a visit to Davenport\u2019s VanderVeer Park. President Franklin D.
