Based on information in the 1960 Davenport City Directory, Beverly worked as a secretary for Quail &amp;#038; Co. and roomed at 1220 Warren Street, with Harvey and Fae Schlueter. Based on information in her obituary, published in the Davenport Democrat on September 5, 1933 Mrs. Sophie Andersen was born in Neuberg, Germany on December 14, 1871. She came to America with her parents in 1879. She married Hans Anderson in September of 1897 in Davenport. Her children are listed as George Hansen of Georgia; Henry, Betty, Dorothy and Annette, all of Davenport. Based on information in her obituary, published in the Davenport Democrat on November 13, 1939, Julia C. Ryan died in New York City and was buried at Oakdale cemetery.
