Begun in 2016 by The New York Academy of Medicine Library, #ColorOurCollections<\/em> is an annual coloring festival where libraries, museums, archives, and other cultural institutions share free coloring content featuring items from their collections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Richardson-Sloane Special Collections Center created its first coloring book in 2018. The contents of our coloring books feature illustrations from Iowa history books, the works of Patrick J. Costello, advertisements from city directories, images related to bodies of water, farm life, fairy tales from our Children\u2019s exhibit collection, and illustrations from the 1925 Davenport High School Yearbook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We want to see your artwork!
