And if that wasn&#8217;t enough make this classic fly off the shelves, Penguin Deluxe Classics just reissued a new edition of the book featuring a FANTASTIC cover design by fashion illustrator, Ruben Toledo, where Heathcliff is looking particularly handsome and Edward-ish.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/search.prairiecat.info\/?itemid=|library\/marc\/PALS-unicorn|2037847\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-7356\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blogs.davenportlibrary.com\/reference\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/APeoplesHistory.jpg?resize=154%2C200&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"154\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a>One of the most popular trends in publishing right now is the graphic-novelfying of both old and new classics. <a href=\"http:\/\/search.prairiecat.info\/?itemid=|library\/marc\/PALS-unicorn|2037847\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><em>A People&#8217;s History of American Empire: a Graphic Adaptation<\/em> by Howard Zinn <\/strong><\/a>is a great choice for those High School Graduates heading off into the heat of a liberal arts college&#8217;s world of discussion and debate.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/search.prairiecat.info\/?itemid=|library\/marc\/PALS-unicorn|2114491\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-7357\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blogs.davenportlibrary.com\/reference\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/SingAlongBlog.jpg?resize=169%2C240&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"169\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blogs.davenportlibrary.com\/reference\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/SingAlongBlog.jpg?resize=211%2C300&amp;ssl=1 211w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blogs.davenportlibrary.com\/reference\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/SingAlongBlog.jpg?w=353&amp;ssl=1 353w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" \/><\/a>Nothing gets more classic than a Superhero story of Good vs. Evil. <a href=\"http:\/\/search.prairiecat.info\/?itemid=|library\/marc\/PALS-unicorn|2114491\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><em>Dr. Horrible&#8217;s Sing-Along Blog<\/em><\/strong><\/a> is a 3-part musical starring Neil Patrick Harris, Felicia Day and Nathan Fillion was produced by cult hero Joss Whedon and originally released online. Can a classic story get any more updated than that?! But have they rocked out to <a href=\"http:\/\/search.prairiecat.info\/?itemid=|library\/marc\/PALS-unicorn|1386202\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Harry and the Potters<\/strong><\/a> yet? You cannot know the depths of your love for HP until you have sung &#8220;Save Ginny Weasley&#8221; at the top of your lungs with a hundred other fanboys and fangirls.
