Just keep ‘em coming, Stephenie Meyer!
Just a few days after she announced a new Twilight Saga related novella, The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner, fans have unlocked an even bigger surprise from the just released DVD of New Moon (Two-Disc Special Edition): MEYER HAS WRITTEN A VERSION OF NEW MOON FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF JACOB!!!
I have only read the few pages of Equinox so far, but OMG it is gooooooood! After the debacle with Midnight Sun, the Edward version of Twilight, Meyer has decided to merely give this one up freely to fans from the beginning. Although you have to work to find it–(it is like a twenty step process: turn on french subtitles, press pause when you see the word “plaisanterie”, and on and on and on…) Luckily, other fans have already done the dirty work and you can see Equinox in its entirety HERE!!!! Our biggest dilemma for next year’s party is which life-size cardboard cutout to get. I’ve heard a few rumblings that we must have a Jacob one. We must. The Edward cutout we had for this year seemed to be a GIANT hit. He did a little crowd surfing during the party and we were all amazed by the frenzied screaming and grabbing that the fans displayed even over the cardboard Edward. I can’t imagine the mania that ensues when Robert Pattinson is actually around. Oh my.
