Awesome Author Does What?!
On Oct. 27, 2008, Lauren dared 13 of her fellow YAuthors to scare themselves in a Halloween Scare-a-thon (both to prove their unwimpiness and for entertainment). For her contribution, Lauren chose to perform the dance to Thriller in public–a dance that haunted her since Jr. High when a teacher told her in front of her whole class to “just stand there in a zombie pose” because she couldn’t do the dance properly.
