Check out Across the Universe by Beth Revis—definitely one of the best YA book jackets of the past year. Seriously, I cannot stop looking at it. Looking at it right now…still looking at it…okay. I stopped. Nope, false alarm. Still looking at it…

You know we are big Meg Cabot fans here at the Davenport Public Library, so we are V. EXCITED to read her newest book, Abandon, which is a modern retelling of the Greek myth about Persephone.

And did you hear that Meg Cabot will be in Cedar Rapids on Tuesday July 12th at 7:00 p.m. at Ballantyne Auditorium, Kirkwood College?!!! This summer is going to be AWESOME.
