
The following programs are going on at the Fairmount Branch Library through December:
- Anime Club – Explore all things Anime the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. (Registration is not required.)
- Teen Volunteer Council – Be cool, volunteer at the Library! Meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. (Registration is not required.)
- Teen Chess Club – Enjoy the challenge of an epic game of chess. Meets the 4th Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. No December meeting. (Registration is not required.)
- Get Your Game On – Hang out, play video games and have fun! Every Wednesday from 3:00-5:00 p.m. (Registration is not required.)

Also, be sure to check out our newest regular teen program called ‘Sew What?‘ which will be held on Saturdays at the Eastern Ave. Branch at 2:00 p.m. this September – November. It’s the fun new program for tweens that want to learn how to sew or pick up a new hobby. This is the perfect opportunity for those ages 8-13 to learn all kinds of needlecraft. From sewing and stitching to embroidery and more, learn a new skill and have fun. FREE! (Registration is required for the Sew What? program. Call 563-326-7832 to register!)
