Banned Books Week, September 24 through October 6, is the perfect opportunity to exercise your freedom to read. Celebrate by reading a banned book! All three locations of the Davenport Public Library have BBW displays full of banned books ready to be checked out!
I promise you won’t regret it if you take a moment to watch the below video which includes quotes from some of the most beloved banned books. I can’t promise that you won’t get misty-eyed, though.
