The last meal enjoyed by the first class passengers included oysters, salmon in mousseline sauce, filet mignon lili, sauté of chicken lyonnaise, lamb in mint sauce, roast squab, pate de foie gras, and several other courses. The upcoming 100th anniversary of the Titanic’s sinking has prompted quite a few restaurants to offer recreations of the ship’s last meal.
