No, I am not suggesting that you to vandalize library property; I am inviting you to create art. The Davenport Public Library will be offering a “Book Sculpting” program on March 17 at 2:00 p.m at the Fairmount Branch. Book Sculpting is a great way to repurpose old books into 3-D art.
