The Davenport Public Library is rolling out a new service beginning September 7th that will help kids with their homework. The “Homework Help Desk” will be available Monday through Friday, from 3:00 – 5:30 p.m. at the Fairmount and Eastern Avenue Branch Libraries through Memorial Day, May 27th.
The Youth Services Staff will be providing instruction on how to use the Library’s databases, assistance with finding materials in the library, and with the “Tutor.com” resource, where kids can receive free help from LIVE tutors with any homework challenges they might be facing.
