Did you know there are six different kinds of wheat, and the different kinds are used in different foods? Hard red spring wheat and hard red winter wheat are used for bread and pizza. Hard white is also used for bread. Soft white is used for noodles and flour. Duram wheat is used for pasta. Soft red winter wheat is used for cakes.
