Thinker Thursday

We should be very glad that some ideas were never carried out.  When cars were first becoming popular in America drivers faced a big problem: pedestrians (people out walking).  One idea created in 1921 was the Pedestrian Pusher.  The pusher would scoop up walkers and tip them out of the way.  Thankfully, other inventions like crosswalks were put in place instead.

Join us on Thinker Thursdays to learn about people who have had great ideas, strange ideas, or really used their heads.
