Thinker Thursday

Thomas Edison is thought to be one of the most famous inventors in all time, but did you know he could barely hear?  When Edison was a child he became deaf in his left ear and almost deaf in this right ear.  Edison didn’t think his deafness held him back.  In fact, Edison said that the quiet he got from being mostly deaf helped him concentrate on his inventions.
