Food Friday

Sometimes a little goes a long way.  One of the main ingredients in sweet snack foods is diacetyl.  In very small doses, diacetyl gives food a smooth, buttery flavor.  In large quantities, it smells something terrible.  Companies that use diacetyl in their foods often store it in a different BUILDING because it stinks too much to work with.
