Did you know one of the biggest problems for the Mississippi River is the zebra mussel? This critter can 
cause problems with levees and dams, and, worst of all, eat microorganisms. Who cares about the microorganisms? Fish do. Microorganisms are food for the fish that live and swim in the Mighty Mississippi.
