Ever wanted to produce your own news show? Here’s your chance! Join the Kid TV crew, and choose events to cover, write news stories, film on location, anchor a segment — do any of the things that go into creating a super awesome news show! The kids will be in charge, so if you’re a kid, and you’ve got a great idea for a story, come to the Fairmount Street Library this afternoon, Thursday January 6th, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm and put your ideas into (lights, camera) action!
The program will take place every Thursday afternoon, with the goal of producing one Kid TV show a month. So even if you can’t make it this afternoon, come next week or the week after! Same time, same place — Thursdays @ 4:00 pm, Fairmount Street Library, 3000 N. Fairmount Street, Davenport IA, through the end of May. Questions? Call Steve Hart at 563-328-6833.
You could be the next Dan Rather, or Katie Couric, or Oprah even!
